SPRING ROLL RICE PAPER

Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Take a clean towel, wet it, wring it out, and lay it on a flat plate. (Picture 1)
Step 2: Lay a piece of rice paper on top of the towel and swipe it to equally absorb the water. (picture 2)
Step 3: Place the prepared mixture (meat, eggs, seafood, veggies, mushrooms, etc., as preferred) in the center of the rice paper.
Then, fold the bottom rice paper up to encircle the filling. Finally, fold the two sides in to form a roll then deep fry until golden brown (picture 3&4).
